Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 February 2026
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Supply Chain Disaster (the "Game" or "Service") operated by Supply Chain Disaster ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Game, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Supply Chain Disaster is a browser-based supply chain management simulation. The base game is organised into 8 chapters and 32 quarterly turns across three industry verticals (Electronics, FMCG, Pharmaceutical). The Expansion Bundle adds Chapters 9–10 (8 additional turns) for a total of 10 chapters and 40 turns. Chapters 1–2 are available free of charge. Chapters 3–8 require a Standard Edition purchase. Chapters 9–10 require the Expansion Bundle.
3. User Accounts & Access
3.1 Premium Access
Premium access is tied to the email address used at checkout. Access is stored locally in your browser. You are responsible for keeping your email address accessible. Use the "Restore access" function inside the Game to re-activate your purchase on a new device.
3.2 Prohibited Use
- Sharing, reselling, or distributing your premium access credentials.
- Attempting to circumvent the paywall or tamper with local storage to unlock premium content without purchase.
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Game.
- Reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works of the Game's content without prior written consent.
4. Purchases & Payments
All purchases are one-time payments processed through our third-party payment provider. Prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable fees charged by the payment processor. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; existing purchasers retain their access at the tier they purchased.
For refund conditions, please refer to our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in the Game — including but not limited to text, graphics, scenario data, code, audio, and visual design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Supply Chain Disaster and is protected by applicable copyright and trade-dress laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Game without our express written permission.
6. Third-Party Services
The Game may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, analytics). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including — but not limited to — implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Supply Chain Disaster and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Supply Chain Disaster operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in that same jurisdiction.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
