If the Game fails to load or you experience a technical problem we cannot resolve within 48 hours of your purchase, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
1. Overview
We want you to have a great experience with Supply Chain Disaster. Because the Game is a digital product delivered instantly, refunds are limited to specific circumstances described in this policy. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
2. Eligible Refund Conditions
You are entitled to a full refund if any of the following apply:
- Game fails to load — The Game is completely non-functional in your browser within 14 days of purchase and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of you reporting it to our support team.
- Duplicate purchase — You were charged twice for the same product due to a payment-processor error.
- Unauthorised charge — A purchase was made on your payment method without your authorisation.
3. Non-Eligible Conditions
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- You have completed or substantially played through the premium content (Chapters 3–8).
- You changed your mind after purchase and the Game is functioning as described.
- Your device, browser, or internet connection does not meet the minimum requirements (any modern browser with JavaScript enabled).
- More than 14 calendar days have passed since the original purchase date.
- The refund request is made in violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., after credential sharing).
4. How to Request a Refund

- Include: your purchase email address, the date of purchase, and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will respond within 48 hours (business days) and attempt to resolve the technical issue first.
- If the issue cannot be resolved, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds. Refunds, where applicable, are issued for the full purchase amount.
6. Expansion Bundle Upgrade Credits
If you purchased the Standard Edition and later wish to upgrade to the Expansion Bundle, contact us and we will apply the Standard Edition price as a credit toward the Expansion Bundle. This is not a refund; the original purchase remains valid.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
