Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 April 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Supply Chain Disaster ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Supply Chain Disaster (the "Game" or "Service") at supplychaindisaster.com. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Email address — provided when you save your progress or make a purchase. Used to send your progress checkpoint, purchase confirmation, and to restore access on a new device.
- Order ID — generated by our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) when you purchase Standard Edition or the Expansion Bundle. Used solely to verify and restore your premium access.
- Contact form submissions — name, email, and message you send through our contact form. Used to respond to your enquiry.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage analytics — via Google Analytics 4 (GA4). We collect anonymised event data such as page views, game session events (game_started, round_completed, cta_clicked), and device/browser type. IP addresses are anonymised. You can opt out via your browser's Do Not Track setting or a GA4 opt-out extension.
- Local storage — game progress (turns, chapter, score) and premium access status are stored in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly use the "Save Progress" or "Restore Access" features.
1.3 Payment Information
We do not collect or store payment card details. All transactions are handled by Lemon Squeezy (web) or RevenueCat (Android). Their privacy policies govern the handling of your payment data.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver and restore your premium access across devices.
- To send transactional emails (purchase confirmation, progress checkpoints).
- To respond to contact form enquiries.
- To measure and improve game performance and conversion through anonymised analytics.
